CONCESSIONS  Wine, beer, soda, water and all concessions are allowed in the auditorium. If you are interested in purchasing beer or wine and are under the age of 30, you must have a valid driver’s license or other form of photo ID. Sales are conducted in the lobby prior to all performances and during intermission.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND CELL PHONES  Please silence phones and all electronic devices before entering the seating area. Those patrons using any of these devices during a performance will be asked to cease doing so, or be asked to leave the theatre.

HEARING IMPAIRED  Assisted listening devices are available at the Box Office prior to the performance. Thank you to Helton Hearing for providing this helpful equipment. You will be asked to present your driver’s license or ID for us to hold until after the performance in exchange for one of these devices.

INFANTS AND CHILDREN  If you have a question regarding a performance’s appropriateness for children, please call the Box Office at 406-585-5885 prior to purchasing tickets. While we at The Ellen love children, most performances are not suitable for the very young. Please be aware that if your child becomes disruptive or a distraction to others, you will be asked to exit the theatre until your child is ready to re-enter. For the enjoyment of all, thank you in advance for making babysitting arrangements for your young ones.

PHOTOS AND FILMING  No photography, filming, or videotaping of any kind is allowed during movies or live presentations and/or performances. Thank you for respecting this policy.

RESTROOMS  The Men’s Room is located on the Main Floor under the staircase. The Ladies’ Room is located at the top of the stairs on the Second Floor. Two Handicap/Family restrooms are located on the Main Floor in the inner lobby.

RIGHT TO REMOVE FROM THEATRE  The Ellen Theatre reserves the right to remove anyone from the premises who creates a disruption or poses a threat to themselves or others. This includes anyone exhibiting intoxicated behavior. Please be responsible when enjoying our bar and concessions.

SEATING POLICY  Seating begins 30 to 60 minutes prior to curtain, depending on the show. Latecomers may be required to wait for an appropriate break in the show to be seated by an Usher. Please be sure to allow time for parking and inclement weather.

SOLD OUT EVENTS  Many events do sell-out and it is recommended to purchase tickets early. In the event of a sell-out, the Box Office creates a stand-by list for any returned tickets. Patrons interested in being placed on the stand-by list must be present at the theatre. If tickets become available, they will be sold in order to those on the stand-by list.

THE SEATING CHART  The seats in The Ellen are like many theatres, with odd numbers located on House Left and even numbers located on House Right. As long as your seats are consecutively odd or even numbered, your party will be seated together. When viewing the seating chart, please note that the front edge of the upstairs Mezzanine overhangs the Main Floor at Row K.

WHEELCHAIR SEATING  Seating and special assistance for persons with disabilities are available; please notify the Box Office staff of any special needs when placing your order, or make a note in the message box of your online order.
